Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in project management within electrical distribution or related technical fields who wants to take full responsibility for projects from start to finish. You thrive in a role where you combine technology, structure, and leadership and are driven by order, progress, and results.

Requirements and qualifications:
 

  • High school or post-secondary technical education, preferably in electrical/energy.
  • Documented experience in project management or a similar technical leadership role.
  • Good ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects.
  • Financial understanding and experience with budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of construction law (AB 04/ABT 06).
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office and technical support systems.
  • Driver's license B.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution and operation of local electrical grids.


We prefer that you are responsible, engaged, and proactive with good social skills in contacts and collaboration with others, both internally and externally. You are flexible and deliver service and quality in our customer assignments in a businesslike manner. Experience with certified project management training is an advantage.

What does the role entail?
As a Project Manager – Electrical Distribution, you will have a central role where you lead projects within electrical grids, new installations, renovations, and maintenance. You are responsible for technical, financial, and administrative execution and work closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors. The role requires you to follow applicable regulations, standards, and safety requirements while ensuring high quality, cost control, and timelines.

With tasks that include:

  • Technical management of electrical projects according to norms, ESA, and the Electrical Safety Act.
  • Coordination of internal and external resources.
  • Review and approval of technical documentation and electrical design.
  • Leading projects towards goals regarding time, quality, and economy.
  • Follow-up, reporting, and contract management.
  • Contact and relationship building with customers and suppliers.
  • Calculations, bids, and support in quotation work.
  • Material purchases and cost follow-up.


This is a direct recruitment with immediate start or as agreed, with an initial probationary period.
